Release of Liability: I have carefully read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy as provided on the Solipaso website. I understand that Solipaso S.A. de C.V. acts only as an agent for the owners and suppliers of accommodations and guest services. Solipaso assumes no responsibility for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, injury, death, or damage to property caused by acts of nature, weather, detention, quarantine, strikes, civil disturbances, or other events beyond its control. Solipaso reserves the right to alter the itinerary or substitute accommodations, transportation, or vessels when necessary to operate the trip successfully. I acknowledge that by participating in this trip, I may encounter certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to: - Hiking over rocky, slippery, or muddy trails - Travel in underdeveloped areas - Exposure to unpredictable forces of nature - Limited access to medical care or emergency evacuation I voluntarily accept all such risks, including those that could result in injury, illness, or death. I understand that adventure travel carries inherent risks, and that these risks are part of what makes the experience rewarding. I accept personal responsibility for my participation. I hereby release and discharge Solipaso S.A. de C.V., its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and heirs from any and all claims for bodily injury, death, property damage, or loss resulting from negligence or any other cause, during or after the trip. This release applies to all members of my family and group traveling with me. I certify that I am over 21 years of age, have read and understood this waiver, and agree to its terms voluntarily. I understand that this is a legally binding agreement. If any portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

If cancellation is made 90 days or more prior to a trip departure date, a cancellation fee of $200 per person will be charged unless the received deposit is transferred to a new registration for another Solipaso trip that will operate within the next 12 months, in which case the cancellation fee will be waived and the deposit applied to the new trip. If no tour is reserved within the 12 month period the entire deposit will be forfeited. Most tour balances are due 90 days prior to the trip start. If cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days prior to the departure date, the entire deposit amount will be forfeited and the rest of the paid funds will be returned. If cancellation must be made 59-30 days prior to the departure date, 50 percent of the entire trip fee will be forfeited, and 50 percent will be refunded. On a case by case basis, there may a possibility to apply part of these fees to a future Solipaso trip depending on the destination. If cancellation must be made within 30 days of the trip start date, no refund or transfer of fees will be available. Once again, on a case by case basis there may be opportunities for application of some of the funds to a future departure. We highly recommend travel or trip insurance to cover any possible unforeseen medical or family emergencies. Our clients have had good luck with Allianz on several occasions where their services were utilized.
