  1. Explore Your Options
    Review all of our trip offerings and read our Trip Info to get a sense of how we operate.

  2. Check Availability
    Email or call us to confirm availability. Our website is regularly updated, and trips are marked “FULL” only when fully booked. If a trip is full, you can request to be added to the waitlist.

  3. Register
    Complete the Registration and Release Form .

  4. Submit Your Deposit
    Mail the $500 deposit per person* to:

    (*Some trips may require a larger or non-refundable deposit—we’ll notify you if that applies.)

  5. Final Payment
    Full payment is due 90 days before the trip. If you register within 90 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of registration.

  6. Payment Methods
    We accept personal checks, Zelle, and PayPal (with a 3% fee). We do not accept credit cards.

  7. Travel Insurance
    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Many of our travelers have had good experiences with Allianz.

  8. Trip Details
    Detailed information for your specific tour will be sent after we receive your registration form and deposit. You can also request it earlier.

    Note: Since we're often in the field leading trips, there may be a short delay in processing your check.

If cancellation is made 90 days or more prior to a trip departure date, a cancellation fee of $200 per person will be charged unless the received deposit is transferred to a new registration for another Solipaso trip that will operate within the next 12 months, in which case the cancellation fee will be waived and the deposit applied to the new trip. If no tour is reserved within the 12 month period the entire deposit will be forfeited. Most tour balances are due 90 days prior to the trip start. If cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days prior to the departure date, the entire deposit amount will be forfeited and the rest of the paid funds will be returned. If cancellation must be made 59-30 days prior to the departure date, 50 percent of the entire trip fee will be forfeited, and 50 percent will be refunded. On a case by case basis, there may a possibility to apply part of these fees to a future Solipaso trip depending on the destination. If cancellation must be made within 30 days of the trip start date, no refund or transfer of fees will be available. Once again, on a case by case basis there may be opportunities for application of some of the funds to a future departure. We highly recommend travel or trip insurance to cover any possible unforeseen medical or family emergencies. Our clients have had good luck with Allianz on several occasions where their services were utilized.
